Robert Franklin Johnson 64, of Cleveland passed away Friday, January 10, 2020 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a loving husband and father, always putting others needs before himself. He was a Christian and loved the Lord and studying the Bible. He attended Eastview Baptist Church. He retired in March 2019 after serving 41 years of service at Georgia Pacific. He was a lifetime member of the Weekend Gold Miners Prospecting Club in Dahlonega, GA for 16 years in which he was the metal detecting Hunt Master and served on the board of directors for 4 years. Robert was the son of the late Shirley Johnson Lorrens and Kenneth Johnson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Judy; his fur baby, Teddy; daughters, Jennifer Johnson Holden (Donte Carter) and Colby Johnson (Curtis); son, Dustin Johnson (Cindy); grandchildren, Shayla Bullard, Karalyn Holden, Chance Dunn, Brenton Garvich, Tyson Bullard, and Mecalah Johnson; brother, Alvin Johnson; and his best friend, Bill Bryant. A private graveside service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 in Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Gary Sears officiating.
