Steven Nemeth

Steven Nemeth, 95, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. He was born November 12, 1926 to the late Steven and Mary (Katonia) Nemeth.

He embraced life and was always looking for the next adventure, but above all he was a family man who truly loved his family, friends and grandchildren, who will miss Grandpa greatly.  Steven was truly a wonderful example of a loving father and husband.

Steven served in the US Army Air Corps in the Pacific Theatre and was a Purple Heart recipient. He never forgot all those that gave the ultimate sacrifice including civilians.

His wife of 49 years, Anna Jean (Beres) Nemeth, preceded him in death in 1999.

Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie and her husband Edmond; son, Brad and his wife Lisa; and grandchildren, Deanna, Rachel, Steven, and Jillian.

Steven will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery.
