On March 12, 2023 Taylor Goforth, a beloved daughter and sister passed away at 31 years of age. Taylor was born in Cleveland, Tennessee and graduated from Polk County High school. Taylor was courageous, incredibly smart, funny and had a big heart for people that were less fortunate. She was known for her candor attitude, and to not take sh*t from anyone. Taylor's personality was wild, and so was her spirit. She loved going to the beach, that's where her spirit belonged. She had a love for animals, and nature, and especially tattoos. When she was younger she would spend her time with her cousins Bobby and Derek Baer in the Summer. She loved riding four-wheelers, fishing, camping, playing basketball, kickball, and going to the Drive-In Theatre. She was a blue jean and sandal girl who loved getting slushies and everything Disney. Taylor was a beloved mother to Uriyah Tate. She was a very passionate mother, who had a strong mothers love for her son that will only grow stronger each passing day. Their favorite things to do together was going to McKays, and going to The Greenway to eat frozen yogurt and feed the duckies. Her hobbies were anything outdoors such as; swimming, running, kayaking in the Ocoee and walking at The Greenway. She was very artistic and loved to paint, color, or make crafts with her son. Her favorite book series was Harry Potter and Ellen Hopkins. Taylor was very passionate about styling and coloring hair for people. Taylor was diligent when it came to how she loved her family. Survivors are her son, Urijah; Mother and Stepfather, Lisa and Jason Whitley of Cleveland; one sister, Lauren Goforth of Cleveland; two nephews, Jetzon and Jack Daniels, and cousins, Chloee Vaughn and Ethan Lynn.
