William "Billy" Thadeus Capps, Jr.

William "Billy" Thadus Capps, Jr., 77, of Cleveland, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at his home. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Thadus Capps, Sr. and Mary Ellen Benton Capps; son, Shawn Robert Ryals; and brother-in-law, Ronnie Stanley.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Linda Capps of Cleveland; son, Dale (Leslie) Ryals of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Nicole (Tyler) Black of Cleveland, Tina (David) Bellamy and Jack Ryals, all of Cleveland,  and Alex Ryals and Amber Ryals, both of of Jacksonville, Florida; and great grandchildren Anna, Holden and one on the way, all from Cleveland; sisters-in-law, Mona Stanley and Pat Caito; brother-in-law, Blane Malone; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family viewing.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hearth Hospice.
