William "Tom" Johnson

William “Tom” Johnson, 69, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2019 at his home with his loving wife by his side. Mr. Johnson was a veteran of the US Air Force.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his mother, Olive T. Neeley; grandparents, Ella Bess Neeley and Samuel L. Neeley, Sr.; aunt, Sara Jane Neeley and uncle Sam Neeley, Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Logan Johnson; daughter, Amy Ownby and her spouse, Richard Ownby; grandchildren, Caleb Ownby, Gracie Ownby, and Kinsley Ownby; special friends, Wayne Vowell, and Harley and Stacey Mossman and family.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2019 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with the Reverend Tony Dodd officiating. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 9, 2019 in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. Richard Ownby, Wayne Vowell, Doyle Ownby, Scott Eaves, Paul Riddle, and grandson, Caleb Ownby will serve as pallbearers.

His family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
